How long does a website take?
Most builds take about 5–7 days from the time we have your details, photos, and logo. Bigger Shop builds or sites with lots of content can take a little longer — we'll give you a timeline with your quote.
Who owns my website?
You do. Your domain, your content, your site files, and your listings belong to your business. If you ever leave, we hand over everything — no lock-in.
I don't have a domain. Can you help?
Yes. We'll help you pick and register a good web address in your business's name. Domains typically cost $10–$20 per year and are billed at cost.
How do changes work?
During the build you review a private preview link and reply by email with changes. The Business and Shop packages include one full round of revisions; Starter includes small fixes. After launch, the Care Plan covers small edits each month, and bigger changes are quoted up front.
What does the Care Plan include?
Hosting, updates, uptime monitoring, and small edits each month — like new hours, prices, photos, or a paragraph of text. It's $35/month and you can cancel anytime.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. Everything can happen by email — ordering, review, and approval. If you'd rather talk something through, just say so.
Are the prices fixed?
Package prices are starting points. After you send your details, we confirm a flat quote by email before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Do you take payment on this site?
Not on this site. We'll send a written quote first, and payment details come only after you approve it.
Where do you work?
We're based in Rocky Ford, Colorado, and work with small businesses across Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and New Mexico. Since it's all online, distance doesn't slow anything down.
